Addison finds out that Naomi has been keeping a secret concerning the practices money troubles. Violet believes that Cooper has a secret of his own he is keeping from her. Cooper must choose whether to reveal a medical secret to a patient.

Addison and Sam form a hostile takeover in order to bring the practice out of bankruptcy, as all of the doctors look for additional clients and new income streams, while Violet's friendship with Cooper is on the brink of extinction and a married couple fight for an unethical fertility treatment at Oceanside Wellness.

Charlotte tries to convince Addison to come to St. Ambrose Hospital while Addison and Kevin become closer. Meanwhile, Sam wonders if he is able to save Oceanside from financial disaster; Pete treats a patient with post-traumatic stress disorder; and Violet is threatened by a patient’s son.

Sam and Naomi are put against one another during an office election for the leader of the practice. Meanwhile, Addison treats an Afghan girl who is trying to hide her past and Cooper's personal life spills over into his professional life.

Addison tries to fix the financial troubles at Oceanside Wellness, but ends up doing more harm than good. Meanwhile, Violet’s friend asks her to break the law to help her while Maya hopes that Sam and Naomi are getting back together for good.

Just another typical day when Addison is treating two pregnant women, who have the same thing in common but don't know it themselves...the same husband and also a Alzheimer patient and if that wasn't enough to fill the her day, her husband forces Sam and Naomi to look at their own relationship, and to end the day, Violet confronts Charlotte about her relationship with Cooper, and Dell reveals a very special woman in his life to his surprised co-workers.

Archer, Allison’s brother, pays her a surprise visit which causes trouble for not only her but for Naomi and Sam as well. Meanwhile, Meg makes a return to try and make things work out between herself and Pete, and Violet and Dell become angered when a patient comes in who is accused of a malicious crime.

Addison and Charlotte team up to save the lives of a comatose pregnant woman and her unborn child. Pete's girlfriend Meg clashes with the Oceanside staff. Violet goes to Kevin for advice when it is believed a patient murdered his wife.

When Pacific Wellcare, Charlotte's rival practice, opens, Sam and Pete set out to steal one of their clients. However, Addison's patient heads to Pacific Wellcare for a second opinion. Meanwhile, Dell proposes an in-house adoption program.

Meg return's home and notices that Violet and Pete seem a little to close than when she left; Kevin has questions about where him and Addison are headed; Cooper treats a boy with a mysterious past; and Pacific Wellcare continues to steal business away from Oceanside Wellness.

When Cooper’s patient contracts measles, everyone at Oceanside Wellness must be quarantined. Meanwhile, Naomi tries to talk Addison into working with her rival, Wyatt; Violet and Pete contemplate their friends-with-benefits relationship; and Dell fights for custody of his daughter.

With her relationship with Kevin on the rocks, Addison finds herself attracted to Wyatt. Violet looks for a way to have a relationship with both Pete and Sheldon. Meanwhile, Cooper and Charlotte become closer after a family emergency.

Violet discovers she's pregnant, but is unsure which of the men in her life is the father of the child. Addison deals with her guilt for kissing Wyatt. Meanwhile, Charlotte proposes to Cooper.

Addison's brother, Archer, relocates to Los Angeles after landing a job at Pacific Wellcare, which creates problems for her and Naomi. Meanwhile, Cooper tries to talk Violet into telling Pete and Sheldon about her pregnancy.

When Archer has a seizure, Addison and Naomi race to find the cause and a cure before it's too late. This leads Addison to call her ex-husband, Derek, for advise. Meanwhile, Violet tells Sheldon and Pete that she is pregnant and Cooper must decide what to do when a seven year-old patient is abandoned at the clinic.

With Archer recovering from survery, Derek asks Addison to help with his pregnant patient. Meanwhile, when Sam has an asthma attack, Bailey and Naomi team up to find the source of his sudden asthma onset.

As Naomi and Archer grow closer, Addison begins to worry that he will revert to his old bachelor ways. Dell, Addison and Naomi argue over the pros and cons of gender reassignment surgery. Meanwhile, Violet and Sheldon co-lead a couples' therapy group.

Addison begins to fall for a colleage at St. Ambrose, but quickly finds out he's more than she bargained for. Pete and Sheldon try to convince Violet to take a paternity test. Meanwhile, Sam enlists Naomi's help in planning an evening with Sonya after he calls her Naomi in bed.

A disturbed pregnant patient has lost her baby, and Violet must convince her that her baby needs surgery. Meanwhile, Cooper must tell a patient he needs part of his jaw removed due to a fast-growing cancer. Dell must cope with his daughter's absence when his ex has to move for a new job Sam and Addison must hold back their feelings for two unattainable people.

Cooper struggles with the mother of a patient after learning she allows the 12-year old to be sexually active. Violet is jealous after Pete begins dating a patient's mom. Meanwhile, Sam is scheduled to testify at a colleagues trial for malpractice; and Addison continues to fight her romantic feelings for Noah.

Addison sends a pregnant woman to St. Ambrose for help from Noah after she experiences heart complications. Meanwhile, Sam begins to rethink his friendship with Naomi; Pete and Lisa's relationship becomes increasingly complex; and Sheldon takes a stand.

As Violet chooses between Pete and Sheldon, she must also deal with a grief-stricken patient. Meanwhile, Dell worries about his daughter when Heather returns to town and Naomi debates moving to Pacific Wellcare.
